• Conference bag and name badge
• Access to scientific sessions on the date of registration
• Lunch and refreshments on the day of registration

Please note:

• Registration fees do not include accommodation or airport transfers
• The organizers will not be responsible for identifying funds if the delegate's name and initials are not included with the payment

Method of payment

Registration can only be confirmed once payment has been received.
Payment can be made through any of the following methods:

• Credit card
• Bank transfer (EFT): If you are paying by bank transfer, please clearly indicate your name and surname on the deposit slip. Please email the proof of the payment to veronica.pienaar@mrc.ac.za

Payment deadlines

To qualify for the early bird registration, the fees must be paid by 19 February 2019.
All late registration payment should be paid by 20 March 2019.

Cancellation policy

Any registration amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to veronica.pienaar@mrc.ac.za. Cancellations received before 20 February will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of 25% of the registration cost. As an alternative to cancelling your registration, you may transfer it to another person before 20 March 2019 without incurring any penalty. No shows or cancellations after 20 March 2019 will not be reimbursed. The payment of refunds will be processed 30 days after the last day of the conference.
