Duduzile Ndwandwe has published 31 peer-reviewed articles in high-impact factor journals and is the team lead for clinical trial registration and vaccine implementation research projects at Cochrane South Africa, where she shares her vaccinology expertise with colleagues. 

In addition, she serves on various global COVID-19 clinical research networks. In her private capacity, Duduzile organised a Career Expo for High School learners from underprivileged communities in July 2019 attended by Eskom; Tsogo Sun; Eh! Wozaand and other prominent organisations.
