Bursaries for the Stellenbosch University Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analysis Course

Cochrane South Africa is offering bursaries to attend the Stellenbosch University Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis  course. The course takes place from July – November 2022.

The short course will be exclusively online using a combination of live synchronous webinars, online recordings and self study. All teaching and learning will be facilitated via SunOnline. Online content will be spread over a period of weeks, with students required to engage with content weekly, punctuated with online discussion and webinars. 

The objective of the course is to train candidates to understand the methods and applications of conducting a systematic review to answer a clearly defined healthcare question. For more information click here

To be eligible for this bursary applicants must:
  • reside in a sub-Saharan country
  • have completed introductory courses of epidemiology and biostatistics
  • hold a four-year professional Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline
